CLASS FORMAT & REQUIREMENTS
Participation Requirements (Online Only)
- Laptop, tablet, or mobile device with a front-facing camera
- Camera must remain on during class to verify attendance
- Stable internet connection
- Zoom application downloaded and account set up
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Provide a copy of your valid FLC license (if applicable) and photo ID before class*
*Note: A copy of your valid FLC license (if applicable) and photo ID must be submitted before class for both online and in-person classes.

In-Person Classes
- $275 – FLC Regular Registration
- $150 – Crew Leader / Bookkeeper / Staff
- $25 – Late Fee
Online Classes
- $250 – FLC Regular Registration
- $125 – Crew Leader / Bookkeeper / Staff

POLICIES & QUESTIONS
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.
