Social intelligence is a powerful skill that helps you understand your role in the workplace, navigate relationships with others, and communicate with greater impact. This 8-hour, two-day training is designed to help professionals develop emotional awareness, improve interpersonal communication, and build stronger connections with colleagues, customers, and teams.
This course is approved by SHRM for Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.
