POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants:

  1. Timely Cancellation: Cancellations made up to five (5) business days before the start date of the course are eligible for a refund. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations received less than five (5) business days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund and are subject to the full course fee.
  3. Non-Attendance: If you are registered and fail to attend without canceling in advance, you are responsible for the full course fee.

Modifications by the Training Institute:

  1. Course Postponement or Cancellation: If a course is postponed or canceled by the Training Institute, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to the same course on a new, future date at no additional cost.
  2. Instructor Changes: Instructor changes are not grounds for a full refund. However, if the change impacts the quality or content of the course significantly, considerations for partial refunds or course transfers will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, participants must submit their claim in writing via email or postal mail to the program lead or the Training Institute’s administration office. The request must include the participant’s name, course title, and start date.

Processing Refunds:

Refund requests that meet the criteria outlined in this policy will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
