La capacitación cubre temas importantes para garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes actuales y las mejores prácticas\, incluyendo un módulo obligatorio de 2 horas sobre prevención del acoso sexual. \nAl completar con éxito el curso\, los participantes reciben un certificado que puede usarse para cumplir con el requisito anual de educación continua para la renovación de la licencia o como parte de la documentación necesaria para presentar el examen de licencia FLC en California por primera vez. También reportamos directamente su finalización al departamento de DLSE.

DESCRIPTION:PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:\nOur FLC Continuing Education (CE) program is a state-approved\, 9-hour training for licensed Farm Labor Contractors (FLCs) and other key agricultural supervisory personnel. The program is authorized by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) / Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) and meets the annual continuing education requirement under California law. \nWe offer the class both online (via Zoom) and in-person (Clovis\, CA) so you can choose the format that best fits your schedule. The training covers important topics to ensure compliance with current laws and best practices — including a required 2-hour sexual harassment prevention module. \nUpon successful completion\, participants receive a certificate that may be used either to meet the annual continuing education requirement for license renewal or as part of the documentation needed to sit for the California FLC licensing exam for first-time applicants. We also report your completion directly to the DLSE for seamless compliance.
