DESCRIPTION:DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA:\n\n\n\n\nEl Programa de Capacitación de Formadores en Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas (GAP) prepara a supervisores agrícolas\, capacitadores y personal de seguridad alimentaria para enseñar de manera efectiva los principios fundamentales de las BPA a los trabajadores del campo y equipos de trabajo. \nEste curso ofrece a los participantes: \n\nUn plan de estudios estructurado para impartir capacitación sobre seguridad alimentaria a trabajadores\,\nHerramientas prácticas y orientación para llevar a cabo capacitación en el lugar de trabajo de manera eficaz\, consistente y en cumplimiento con la normativa\,\nConocimientos sobre las mejores prácticas relacionadas con la higiene de los trabajadores\, manejo de productos\, saneamiento\, prevención de contaminación y expectativas regulatorias.\n\nA través de esta clase\, los participantes aprenden a reforzar comportamientos adecuados en el campo\, mejorar la cultura de seguridad alimentaria en la operación y cumplir con las expectativas internas o de compradores en cuanto a la capacitación de los trabajadores. \nLa capacitación se imparte presencialmente e incluye demostraciones prácticas\, actividades basadas en escenarios y orientación para implementar actividades de aprendizaje dentro de las operaciones de campo.
